Laborcillas



The village is located 1016 meters above sea level and has 150 inhabitants (2010). Laborcillas was a separate municipality until 1974, when it merged with Moreda in one municipality called Morelábor.

 

Laborcillas was an ancient village that belonged to the Marquis de Villa Alegre, who rose for his sporadic visits the most notable summer house, at the foot of the hill of Fonseca. This house was later reorganized into parish church, the old chapel of San José.
