In recent decades, there have been numerous attempts to form a cooperative, that brings together local vintners in order to pormote a market under a designation of origin.
Finally one of them was founded in early 2004, when the Aranzada cellar was presented as a concern of a number of founding members who had experience in order to achieve improvements in local production of grapes through the introduction of new varieties or improving farming methods and tillage.
