Cuarto Real de Santa Domingo
The Royal Room of Santo Domingo is a former palace of Almohad (Dar al-Bayda) and located near the fence that enclosed the neighborhood "Rabad al-Fajjarin " in Granada musulmana. it was located in
what was called the Huerta Grande Almanxarra that included an area of orchards with a garden and several buildings including a qubba or protocol hall tower, located within the
walls of Arrabal de los Alfareros.
The places has been reformed and it shows how the Arabic architecture of more than 500 years ago and todays architecture are able to melt perfectly together. This monument will open its doors in May 2015 after 25 years been closed. It will have expostions of artwork.
