Casa Morisca de Horno del Oro

Its typological characteristics and the Nasrid elements such as the columns and corbels suggest that this is a Moorish palace built in the fifteenth century. The the upper floor was probably added in the Moorish period. Its exterior facade is simple and consistent with the intimate nature of Muslim life. The facade is topped with overhang on canes, with carved decoration on the sides. Today it is the Office of the Granada Jazz Festival in which permanently various cultural activities are held : series of concerts, film and video samples and related jazz and contemporary music shows.

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 - 17:00
