The Museum of Pre-industrial Sugar Cane is located behind the "Casa de la Palma" on the ruins of an old sugar mill of the sixteenth century, In a space of over 1,000 square meters you see the process of manufacturing and marketing of sugar cane between the 13th and 18th centuries.
