Cueva de los Santos - Natural Park Sierra de Castril

The cave is situated in Natural Park Sierra de Castril at the Buitre Peak, at 1,650 meters of altitude, with a development of 113 meters and a height of 36 meters. Its most convenient access is by the Buitre trail; from the hill of Sanmarquesa, you take the path that passes a fountain and starts to pass the Buitre peak between some characteristic bedding planes. After 500 meters the entrance to the cavity is located next to the trail. The cave is a unique gallery down with blocks and narrow passages to a small impenetrable and clogging sand hole. Its current state is deplorable due to continuous plundering, which has been subjected. Materials required: None.
