Granada Club de Golf - Las Gabias (Granada)
Granada Golf Club is located in the municipality of Las Gabias just 8 km from the center of Granada, 12 km from the airport and 55 km from the coast. Its location allows enjoy magnificent views of Sierra Nevada and the city of Alhambra. It has in total 18 holes, a clubhouse, a padle and tennis court, a practive field and a pitching and putting green.
The Holes
From most of the holes a splendid panoramic view can be seen. Often taken as reference points for the game, some of the most picturesque and characteristic spots of the city: the Torre de la Vela, Alfaguara, Veleta, Pico del Caballo, etc. Overall it is a technical and challenging course, but it allows you to enjoy the game in various categories of difficulty. There are very difficult holes as such as hole 5, in which it is be placed in the tee, Others however can be beaten relatively easy, such as holes 6 and 9. There are water hazards such as lakes in the holes 5, 16 and 17. In center of the field and at its highest point, the clubhouse is situated.
