Agroganadería Júrtiga C.B is an enterprise that is run by two brothers, Antonio y José Luis Pérez Peula, who follow the long familiar tradition of agriculture and breeding. Currently they own 1.200 goats that produce the milk that is used to produce the cheese. The breed of their cattle is murciano-granadina, featured by the absence of horns and black hair.

They make their cheese in the traditional way and are responsable for the whole process from the ground till your dish. They sow the cereal that they feed
their cattle with and breed them from the very beginning. The goats are milked just before the cheese is made. The cattle has the privilege of grazing outdoor the whole year in the
untouched and natural Cortijo Jurtiga´s land.
