Granada Underground Weekend

Granada has, like every city with a large history, in his basement the remains of the ancient civilizations that built the city from today. For centuries shelters, ducts, silos and passages were created which were untill today still unknown.

The tunnels from the Alhambra are impressive and about 15 meters underneath the surface. The total length of the different sections reaches kilometers.

The district of Sacromonte in Granada City is famous for its cave houses. Still a lot of people are living in these caves which are very cool in summer and warm in winter.

During your stay you will have one Granada Underground excursion in the morning and the other one in the afternoon. In the evening you will enjoy a flamenco show in a famous cave in the district of Sacromonte.
