This lake has calm waters and some cove to enter. Stand Up Paddle Surfing (SUP) is an ancient form of sliding in which the navigator uses a paddle to move through the water while standing on a surfboard. The SUP has its origin in the roots of the Polynesian peoples. The Hawaiian translation is Ku Hoe Nalu He'e; stand, paddle, surf a wave. One of the advantages of Stand Up Paddle Surfing is the angle of visibility. Due to the height and the standing position on the water you can see both the background and the entire surface of the water, allowing better visualization of the water features that would otherwise not be able to see.
