Cave House - Monachil (Sierra Nevada)

The cave house is part of a very small complex of 2 holiday houses that is situated in the village of Monachil. The house is situated on the hill so you have fantastic views on the valley, the Natural Park Sierra Nevada and the village. It will take you only 5 minutes to reach the village center with its bars and restaurants. A great part of the municipality of Monachil is situated in the Natural Park Sierra Nevada and the ski slopes are only a 20 minute drive away.

The cave house is equipped with all necessary services what you would expect of a modern house. It has two bedrooms; both with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room, an open kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, etc. The house is comfortably and has a traditional look. The cave does not have airconditioning, because it has its natural temperature which is situated between 18 and 22 degrees. The terrace has a table, chairs, a bench and a "summer kitchen" with a barbecue. Downstairs, in front of the main building is a garden with a small "pool" (2x3 meters) situated where you can refresh yourself on the hot summerdays.

This place is an ideal base if you want to discover the beauty of the Sierra Nevada, practice ski or enjoy the city of Granada.

The private bathroom is situated outside next to the entrance and has a:
